If you're looking to stay close to downtown Mystic, but far enough away for some peace and quiet, this two Bedroom Home located right on Beebe Cove is for you. Just 1.5 miles from the Mystic Drawbridge, this newly renovated home has everything you need - including a private yard and a grill for the summertime This is a private two bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is approximately 1600 square feet, so there is plenty of space for your stay. Located in a relaxing setting near many different shoreline destinations - but mostly downtown Mystic, CT! I lived in this house for 2 years and was more than happy here. There is two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Two bathrooms, and an office for those who are seeking a longer term stay to get some work done. More than likely you'll be spending your time out and about - but if you need to relax inside for the night there is a television in the living room, and in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen has an induction cooktop stove that is great for cooking meals. You're free to use the entire main house, but please be respectful of the neighborhood and you'll be sure to have a great time! The house is at a dead end road with shoreline access via a public right of way right across the street. You're welcome to go sit at the picnic tables there and take in the breathtaking sunsets, or sip your coffee in the morning. You can even bring a kayak down to the water. Lastly, everyone typically keeps to themselves in the neighborhood, but you will also often find people going out for walks and enjoying life by the shoreline. Feel free to say hi! Guests can access the entire house and front back yards. The garage is currently off limits. The front door to the house has a keypad lock, I will send you instructions with a code to open this after you book. I am generally available most hours of the day. I'll happily provide my telephone number and e-mail address once you've booked my home. There's plenty of great beaches in the area, and even a public right of way at the end of the road that can be utilized. The beach in the neighborhood is small and better for kayaking and paddle boarding. There are other beaches near by that are better for spending the day, such as Misquamicut State Beach. Downtown Mystic is great year round, but especially in the summertime and just a mile and a half away from this house. I lived in this home for 2 years and grew up in the area, so I have tons of recommendations if you need any. I have a coffee pot available, but if you feel like getting coffee there's great spots downtown. My favorite hidden gem is Lighthouse Bakery. Driving in the area is pretty simple. This home is just a few miles away from downtown Mystic and I-95. If you're feeling ambitious and want to go for a bike or run, the center of downtown Mystic is only a mile and a half away. There you can find food, shopping, and plenty of other activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, and so much more. There is a Guest Wi-Fi network here, so if you're here on business you should be all set. I have used this internet for 2 years working from home and had no issues consulting for hundreds of companies.
