Our gated and secure complex is located far back from the road - great central location without all the traffic noise. This apartment is spacious - 927 square feet - and you'll feel at home here among the courtyards and landscaped areas. We are a gated complex, but there are neighboring convenience stores like Walgreen's and CVS, and great sushi, Vietnamese and desserts located just steps away. There are two supermarkets within a half mile (one across the street). Baton Rouge's downtown & town square are a 15 minute drive down Florida Blvd. Most major hospitals are located within a 20-minute radius of us. Baton Rouge is mostly setup as a "driving city", you'll need a car to get around. Our great advantage is a central location, plus tons of secure parking.
