Cottage is located on 2 acres near Lake Ozark/Osage Beach. Neighbors are not close by and there is plenty of room for your boat, less than 2 miles from free boat access. Enjoy the private above ground pool in the summer months and bon fires on the fire pit. Two outside seating areas and a gas/charcoal grill. A 24 x 24 basketball court was added. Rocky Mount has local bar favorites, drive 15 miles to the strip to shop/eat/drink. Jolly Rogers, a family lake restaurant is only 7 miles away. This is a unique little cottage that has plenty of outdoor space and privacy. You are welcome to use the above ground pool. It is 27 ft and approximately 4 feet deep. A propane tank will be provided for the grill. New this season is a 24 x 24 basketball court with basketball provided. The only space on the property that can not be utilized is the garage. The cottage sits back from the road on more than 2 acres and there are no close neighbors. These roads are beautiful but can be dangerous so please call an Uber if alcohol is involved. Our Wifi does not support any gaming devices. We only have Roku.
