The Red River Ski & Summer area is just 15 minutes away. -- THE PROPERTY -- Bedroom 1 (Loft): 2 Queen Beds | Living Room: 2 Twin Beds, Sleeper Sofa This secluded mountain cottage is the perfect place for a quintessential Red River getaway. Situated right beside the water, you'll be surrounded by lush foliage and serene views. Keep an eye out for mule deer, elk, coyotes, black bear, fox, beaver, and bobcats! Enjoy the great outdoors with family and friends gathered in the gazebo. Take a seat at the round table and dine with the water fountain as your background music. From the deck, you can fish the Red River, and by the fire pit, you can roast marshmallows for s'mores! Back inside, the main floor encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area, so you can always be a part of the action! A wood-burning stove is the focal point of the space complete with a river-rock backdrop. For a little entertainment, flat-screen TVs with DirecTV are located in the living room and loft. The kitchen is well equipped to help out with any of your cooking needs, or feel free to utilize the gas grill! Any time you don't want to eat outside, serve a spread on the dining table. Fall asleep to the sound of the river in the 2 twin beds in the living room, or sprawl out on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. The bedroom loft offers 2 queen beds and added privacy for 4 guests. When you wake, freshen up in the full bathroom. -- THE LOCATION -- There's an activity for every adventurer in Red River.
