A 50% deposit at time of booking and a signed Rental Agreement are needed to secure your reservation . Agreement (attached PDF file) must be returned within 48 hours to secure your reservation. The newly remodeled main floor bath has a tub/shower combo and includes a washer and dryer. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedrooms one and two offer two twin beds each. Bedroom three features a queen bed and has a beautiful water view. Bedroom four features two queen beds and also has a water view. A small 1/2 bath is also located on the second floor.
