Now FULLY renovated 4 bedroom (all with custom window treatments) 2 full 2 half brand new bath home located between Bayley beach and charming Rowayton Village. Walk easily to either. Master bedroom with king bed, two bedrooms with queens, one bedroom with twin and one lovely Serena and Lilly Daybed in sunny hallway off second floor deck to sleep one extra person. House easily sleeps 8. Sun porch with double Serena and Lilly swinging chair makes a lovely spot in which to curl up and read or just gaze out over the water. Wood floors throughout, new fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace, washer dryer, high end towels, new mattresses, beach towels, plenty of extra linens, Wifi, exercise room, two decks and one covered porch with gas BBQ. Parking for one car plus one on street. Very clean and comfortable and cozy and the perfect place to hunker down on a cold winter weekend. Includes all kitchen essentials and basics such as TP, Paper towels, laundry detergent, new sponges, dish soap, oils, spices etc. Kitchen / fridge / bar can be stocked (at your direction and expense) prior to your arrival. ******in regards to prior guest's stay- as explained in owner's response- tenant was 100% aware PRIOR to stay, that house was NOT completely finished as work had been massively delayed due to covid. That said, the issues she had to deal with were paper shades in bedrooms, a missing light fixture on ceiling of porch room, a towel rack that came out of wall and towels she did not like (new ones to her specifications were ordered and delivered within 24 hours) I have stayed in many many VRBO listings and I assure you I'd be thrilled to land in this one and you will as well.
