Max's Spacious & Quiet Room in our U. City Home

Enjoy a private room in our bright, spacious home minutes from the U. City Loop, the Central West End and downtown Clayton. This is one of 2 rooms we have available in the house in which we live. Each room sleeps 2 people and they can be rented together, if both available (https://www.airbnb.com/h/kats-room) * We only accept reservations from guests that have their own Airbnb account. Our house is one story, very sunny and comfy. Hardwood floors, large kitchen and living room with fireplace. There is also free parking on street in front of the house and a large backyard with 2 patios. You'll love our place because it's SUPER QUIET with tree-lined streets and a park 100 feet away with tennis courts and a playground. Make use of the large kitchen with separate fridge for guests. Sip your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the garden, walk across the street and play tennis in the park, or just hang out and read a book if you don't feel like exploring the city. Password protected wifi so that you can stream movies on your laptop. There is no television in the room. We should point out that we are early risers (typically 6am). We love interacting with travelers and if you're around while I'm cooking, you'll be invited to join the meal. However, feel free to take your privacy seriously and we won't be offended. Need a ride someplace, one of your hosts is a Lyft driver! Awesome veggie restaurant (Frida's) located less than a mile from our home, 10-15 minute walk. Starbucks also within walking distance and at least 2 other restaurants. There is a park across the street and a golf course within walking distance. Neighborhood is SUPER quiet all day and night long. Bus stop is a 10 minute walk and one of the hosts is a Lyft driver We have 1 dog and he is not hypoallergenic. Sorry, we do not allow guests to bring pets. We only accept reservations from guests that have their own Airbnb account. You may not book a reservation for someone else.
