Only 0.15 mile to Cape Henlopen State Park with miles of sandy Atlantic Ocean beaches, biking and hiking trails, surfing, fishing, frisbee golf, nature center, and wildlife - including great bird-watching, and more! Cape Shores is the only waterfront community in Lewes with a pool, private fishing pier, & tennis courts. You will be delighted with all of the living space and outdoor decks. From the front entry, a large dining area sits to the right. Further into the house, a large kitchen and family room are adjacent to one of the open decks. A half bath on your way to a queen bedroom with full bath complete the space. The second floor has a king master bedroom with full bath, two more bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The kids will love the bedroom with the bunkbeds!! The final bedroom contains a trundle bed with a single up top plus a second single in the pull-out trundle. For stays in the cooler months there is a gas fireplace, and for summer months there is a grill connected to the home propane. Beach trolly with chairs and beach toys provided for your enjoyment. Due to COVID, all guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels. Rental options provided upon request. Pets are not permitted at this property.
