Small kitchen fully equipped with single induction stove, multi cooker, mini toaster, mini slow cooker, cooking ware, silverware, plates, and cups. The room has a smart TV and Hulu app access. You can screen mirror your phone or tablet if you would like to use your own TV subscription. Full access to the fenced yard and private parking space. The house is located in the corner, therefore, you will have some car noise during the day. You will find earplugs in the nightstand drawer. The house is located in a historic and active neighborhood. We have many neighbors walking their dogs and working out at all times of the day. If you like to walk or run you can start from my house towards Emoriland Blvd, this is a beautiful colorful historic street. The neighbors are very pleasant, and you will find a neighborhood food pantry and library in front of one of the houses. You can walk 8 minutes and visit Roseanne Wolf Picnic Area. LAUNDRY: There is no laundry machine provided in this listing. For guests staying over 28 days, I will provide a list of pick up and drop off services you can use and a list of local SECURITY: We have security cameras around the premises for safety. Facing the driveway and the back of the house covering both decks area. PET: Approval to bring pets needs to be requested. Fee for stays under 5 days $25. The fee for stays longer than 6 days is $60. Dogs that are aggressive will not be permitted.
