Light-filled 1,000 square foot ranch, recently remodeled with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, modern bath, hardwood floors, and a huge back yard. The house is in a quiet neighborhood located less than a block from a bus line ~4 miles from downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan Stadium, and UM campus. It's 5 miles from EMU campus and Ypsilanti. It's less than a block from a small park, and within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery stores, and other businesses. There's room for 2 cars in the driveway, and plenty of street parking, even on UM gamedays. The open floor plan connects the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel gas range, dishwasher, and refrigerator plus microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other amenities. There is a eat-in dining area with seating for 6. From the kitchen/dining area is a sliding door to the back deck (with grill) and backyard area. Down the hall there are three comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed (twin air mattress available as well), one with a queen, and the other with day bed (with trundle bed for two twins). The basement laundry area is very clean and dry. We consider pets, so please include information about your pet(s) when you inquire. The large back yard is fully fenced for your convenience. The house is perfect for small groups and/or families visiting Ann Arbor, and we will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable. We have 2+ years experience.
