You'll be super close to Okemo Mountain Resort for full afternoons of powdery slopes, but not close enough to have to worry about all the crowds and noise. Quiet and peaceful, this home enjoys a private balcony boasting two rocking chairs and a side table with chairs. You'll love relaxing out here with your first cup of morning coffee while the world wakes up around you. During summer months, the shared pool is the perfect place to cool off after a long hike on one of the nearby trails. The full kitchen features a gas stove, plus all the gadgets and counter space the family chef will need to create something wonderful for tonight's home-cooked meal. Later, curl up on a comfy couch to read a favorite novel while a fire crackles away in the wood-burning fireplace. A new washer/dryer has also been installed Parking notes: Parking passes will be left in the unit for you during ski season. *Please return these passes to the unit prior to your departure.* A parking pass is required to park on this property. The pass must be displayed and visible through the windshield at all times. **Important: There is a two car per unit limit in the parking areas. There are no set or designated spaces for the units within the parking area so you may not be able to park in front of the unit you’re occupying. Parked vehicles may not block access to stairs, pathways, drives, doors, fire lanes, or other cars. Trailers and trucks shall park in an area designated by the maintenance department. Snowmobiles, snowmobile trailers, trucks or other large vehicles - except passenger cars - may not park overnight in the common areas. They must park away from the occupied units.** Parking passes are not needed for the off season when the mountain is closed. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: *THE SHUTTLE WILL NOT BE RUNNING FOR THE 20/21 WINTER SEASON DUE TO COVID* Okemo provides a winter shuttle to the mountain that stops at the complex on weekends and holidays. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
