The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and an attached en-suite with a double vanity sink and large shower that is surrounded with beautiful wood. The second floor includes two more bedrooms, and a full bath. Please note that the bedroom pictured above with the bunk-bed set will be replaced with a full size bed and the bunk-beds will be removed. The other bedroom has a full size bed as well. The full bath on this floor is only a tub with a handheld shower. This home includes WiFi, however, it does not include any TV's/Cable. There is central air, but it is only one mini-split that does well and will cool the first floor. Fans will be provided for the second floor bedrooms. Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
