Home approx 9.5 miles from Airport, 7.5 miles from Fenway and with in 10 miles of Downtown Boston, Museums, North Station, Seaport, Beaches etc. Walking distance to parks and trails for biking and jogging. It's not as close to the City Center, being 8.5 miles south, but it's less expensive, calmer, and lots to do.
