This recently renovated, beautiful condo offers everything you’ll need while staying at the Lake of the Ozarks. Comfortable bedding, modern decor, high speed internet, and all the comforts of home. 1 level up from parking plus elevator access make our unit great for guests of any age. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you’ll need for on-site cooking. The kitchen has bar seating available. The kitchen and living room are open concept which is great for meal prep and conversation. The living room has a beautiful lakeside view and entrance to the private balcony. The living room offers very comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and is a great space to just relax and unwind. The spacious master suite features a comfortable king size bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, master bathroom with double sinks and a private entrance to the lakeside balcony. The second bedroom features a king size bed, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bunk. Both bedrooms have easy access to the 2nd full bathroom. --OTHER CONSIDERATIONS-- You will find high speed WiFi throughout the home. The living room TV has cable, while bedroom TVs have Roku streaming devices. We provide bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, a small supply of paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent and laundry detergent. We also provide basic bathing amenities per bathroom. Our full-size washer and dryer make it easy to pack light and do laundry as needed while you’re here. --RENTAL REQUIREMENTS-- -The Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property during the entire stay. -No smoking or vaping (inside the property or on the deck/balcony). -Please be respectful of the property, (inside and out) and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. - No pets allowed.
