A short walk from Eldeans Shipyard and Adventure Rental Company, who offers Pontoon , Paddle Board and Bike rentals to explore all the area has to offer. Centrally located between Holland and Saugatuck, giving you and your guest access to the best dining and shopping on the West Michigan lakeshore. Cottage Rules: *Keep cottage locked when you are not there and upon departure/checkout. *Please do not move furniture and return any items to original location. *Please use cutting boards, Do Not cut directly on counter tops. *Please keep windows on screen porch closed, they are very delicate and break easily. *Please do no flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. *Please No Smoking or Pets in the cottage at anytime. *Garage is locked and off limits to guest please *Laundry is located in basement. Remainder of basement is not finished, please only access basement for laundry use. *Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7am, please respect our neighborhood. Before Checkout: *Strip beds and place linens on the bedroom floor *Place all used bath towels on bathroom floor *Clean out refrigerator and freezer and dispose of any items. *Please take trash out to bins located by the road. Trash pickup is each Monday, holidays may be different. *Please clean all dishes and kitchen utensils, and return them back to where you found them.
