Property has a gate so access is controlled. 5 minute walk to Back Bone trail head and Mishawaka trail head. 15 minute drive down the canyon to Neptune's Net, Leo Carrillo Beach and Pacific Coast Highway. 15 minute drive to Malibu Winery and the Malibu Wine Safari. Outdoor shower in the stables. Back patio has lounge chairs and large dining table. Front patio is a covered pergola with a small table that seats 6. Wifi included but note - this area is on satelite dish only - so internet speeds are not optimal for lengthy business zoom conference calls. Fine for gmail, instagram, facebook etc....regarding TV - limited channel availability for same reasons - we get major networks and CNN/ ESPN. TV is a smart TV so netflix is available.
