There is no cable available at this listing. - All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. The driveway is shared with the tenants in the next building over that I also operate as a vacation rental. The Neighborhood: Located just southeast of downtown Austin across Ladybird Lake, our neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and vibrant. While our location is great for accessing the downtown Austin hotspots, there is plenty to do in the immediate area, such as frequent pop-up markets and cute coffee shops like Nena'i Café. We love living here, and think you will too! Getting Around: The best way to get around is by rideshare, car, bike, or on foot. Sixth Street is located a quick 10-20 minute drive away depending on traffic conditions, as is Rainey Street and other tourist hotspots. Austin is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets available as well as a bikeshare program. Our immediate neighborhood is quite walkable. Other Things to Note: Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO. If you have questions you need answered before securing your booking, or you simply want to talk with us first, reach out to our team with an inquiry before a reservation request. Please also note that one-night stays on the weekend or reservations that start or end on a Saturday may be subject to an additional fee. The bedroom with 2 double beds (identified as Bedroom #5) is actually a double-over-double bunk bed. This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. The booking Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
