This 1-bedroom 1-bath house offers a formal dining room and a modern chef’s kitchen. It has a tropical-themed master-suite with a up-lit thatched ceiling, a multi-head glass enclosed rain shower and heated bathroom tiles and toilet seat. If needed, a very comfortable queen size air mattress with memory foam topper is set up in the study area to accommodate up to 4 guests. Upon arrival Bali Hai Castro offers guests a variety of Balinese chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco. Turkish gowns, a tanning deck, a fire table, and a hot tub located in the secluded tropical garden. The Castro District and the landmark Castro Theater are 11 minutes’ walk away from Bali Hai Castro. Mission Dolores Park is 20 minutes’ walk away. The nearest airport is San Francisco International Airport, 11 mi from the property. PETS: We love pets too, but please leave yours at home as we don't allow pets to stay at the property. MIN AGE: The renter must be at least 25 years old and the house is not suited for children 2-7 years old. SMOKING: No smoking is allowed at Bali Hai Castro. NO PARTIES - STRICTLY ENFORCED: As Bali Hai Castro is located in a residential neighborhood, and to respect all the neighbors, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS will be allowed unless notification has been provided ahead of your stay. There is a Ring Video doorbell to monitor guest entry. Breaking this rule comes with a $500 fee and is grounds for eviction with no refunds. NOISE LEVEL: Please keep noise to a reasonable level during the daytime. Between the hours of 10PM and 8AM, the garden/hot tub is off limits and music/noise needs to be kept to no more than a regular conversation level. There are NoiseAware decibel monitoring devices in the house and back yard, and guests will be notified if the noise level exceeds acceptable levels. Upon the third notification, guests will be charged a $500 feee and this can also be grounds for eviction with no refunds. HOT TUB: For noise and liability reasons, access to the hot tub is limited exclusively to registered guests — no outside visitors allowed. NO SHOE POLICY: Please note that since this is an Asian inspired house -- and in order to keep the home as clean as possible for your stay, there is a no shoe policy inside the house. House slippers are provided for all guests.
