Located in a quiet, friendly community with its own private keyed entrance to the beach, you will be less than 2 miles away from the pier, the jetty, the port, Florida brewery and many local restaurants (we left a list of our favorites!). Fully stocked (dishes, pots & pans & utensils) kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes dining in a breeze. Beach chairs, umbrella & toys are stocked and ready to take down to the beach. Walk in closet in the master and expansive closet in the guest gives you plenty of room to unpack and stay a while. And a new washer and dryer in the unit (updated April 2021). The condo building has a large pool & a community room with a sauna and the area is known for watersports with easy access to fishing, deep sea fishing, surfing, kite surfing, beach biking and one-wheeling. This home away from home is ideal for snowbirds looking for a warm place to spend the winter, professionals that can work from anywhere (so why not the beach!), or someone recently relocated to the area that is looking to get a feel for the area.
