Upgraded Craftsman in Trendy Normal Heights!
Summary: This modern Craftsman is just a two block walk from the always happening Adams Ave, loaded with endless top-rated restaurants, bars and breweries (see my Guidebook for the favorites)! You'll find yourself in a sparkling clean and peaceful upgraded modern craftsman with all the amenities you might need for a SoCal retreat. Normal Heights / Adams North is a San Diego locals’ favorite neighborhood and has quick and easy access to all of San Diego’s hotspots. The Space: I might be biased, but I think this home is one terrific property. Indoors, the open floor plan is great for families and groups alike. Take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and dining area to enjoy some meals, relax with a movie on the brand new 4k 70-inch television, or play one of the available games stocked in the home! Get some great rest in one of the newly remodeled bedrooms with new and oh-so-comfortable plush bedding, pillows and mattresses. Enjoy a relaxing shower in either bathroom, and figure out how to put to use all 3(!) of the shower heads in the master bathroom. Outside there is a ton of private space to enjoy the year-round perfect San Diego weather. Sip your morning coffee on the sundeck off the master bedroom, relax in the double-wide hammock in the backyard, dine at the outdoor table with umbrella, or lounge in the shaded and comfy outdoor seating! At night, relax under the string lights (and stars) while sipping on your favorite beverage as you wind down the day. The house sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 comfortable beds and 1 additional pullout queen sofa. There is dedicated off-street parking and easy street parking (there are always spots right outside if you need). You'll also have access to a great washer and dryer. Guest Access: The full house will be yours to enjoy. The Neighborhood: The craft food, craft beer and craft cocktail scene walking distance from this home cannot be beat! It's all walkable and safe and filled with fun and friendly people. I've left my favorite recommendations in the Guidebook. When you’re ready to explore beyond the neighborhood, hop in the car and be on the water in Mission Bay or other beaches in just 8 minutes! Or, go just 5 minutes farther and you’re in Little Italy, the Gaslamp Quarter (aka downtown), Petco Park, SeaWorld or the airport. Skip the car and ride a bike just 2.5 miles to Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo! Getting Around: Quick and easy Uber/Lyft access. Buses pickup and drop off just blocks away. Also very walkable and bikeable. Other Things to Note: This is a nice and peaceful neighborhood, a short walk from the more lively bars and restaurants. Please be mindful and considerate of noise levels while in the backyard during your stay, especially after 10pm. My lovely neighbors and I thank you :)
