If you're visiting during the winter, the gas fireplace will be everyone's best friend–snuggle up near the fire and stream your favorite Netflix series or movies on the flatscreen TV available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up tasty meals whenever hunger strikes. The second-floor open loft is a great, separate place for movie nights, or to set up your home-away-from-home office at the desk there. The back door patio is a great place to gather and enjoy the outdoors–there is a high bar table along with two stools and a comfortable seating area with a love seat and a single armchair with an ottoman. Hyde Park, also called the Hyde Park Historic District, is a nearby section of the North End neighborhood known for its several popular eateries and locally-owned specialty shops. It's a short 0.8 of a mile walk from the home. A few miles away, at Boise’s Julia Davis Park, you can experience a diverse array of attractions including museums, picnic spots, the Boise Zoo, and the Boise River Greenbelt. The 25-mile Boise River Greenbelt is one of Boise's most beloved parks; the tree-lined pathway follows the river through the heart of the city and provides scenic views, wildlife habitat, and pedestrian access to many of the city's popular riverside parks. Camel's Back Park, an 11-acre urban park, is a couple of blocks away. The park includes picnic tables, play areas, an outdoor gym, practice fields, and facilities for tennis and volleyball. Harrison Hollow is a nearby multi-use area, splendid for hiking and mountain biking, and providing access to the dog-friendly Ridge to Rivers Trail System. It's also a short walk from the home.
