Peaceful Stylish Unique Center City-Queens Village

Magnificent uniquely designed Center City home located in the heart (4th and Lombard St) Philadelphia. Mins walk to all historical sites & 1 block from South St, also close to multiple concert venues. Located on a clean & beautiful block across from a park. This 2nd floor apt has a nice view of the park, is fully stocked with amenities and provides a comfortable, serene and peaceful setting.  Beautiful wood floors, high vaulted ceilings, & great lighting. The Space:The apartment is nicely designed with a serene and peaceful feel.  You can walk in and feel like you have made it home.  We have a nice brick wall as you enter the apartment reminding you of a traditional Philadelphia feel.  To the right you have an open living room with a floor style dining area equipped with soft pillows and a beautiful octagon table to gather around for meals and times together. The living room has a comfortable leather couch directly facing the flat screen tv for good movie nights or Netflix binge watching or sports.   The kitchen which is all connected to each other is directly to your left when facing the TV.  It is a nice dark cherry oak full kitchen with an electric stove and oven ready for meal making.  Full pantry station, microwave, pots, pans, all cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and toaster.  Whatever you need it is there. Next to the kitchen you will find 2 French doors that open up into a small courtyard area.  This is a nice place to just get some air. The windows are very tall and you have a great view of the historical park across the street.  It's a serene view and in the mornings it is calming and delightful. There is a full size air mattress also on site which you can comfortably fit in the living room. The bedroom is to the right as you enter the apartment.  Its a nice private bedroom with a comfortable full size bed, plush bedding and pillows and total privacy.  The bedroom is located at the other end of the apartment so if friends shared the apt you would be totally private and away from the others if they stood in the living room. Bathroom: we have a nice clean and comfortable bathroom with a tall stand up shower, toilet, vanity and plenty of amenities.  The private bathroom is next to the bedroom for easy access. This is surely one of our best places.  The area 4th and Lombard Street is great to get around from.  You can walk around the corner to South Street and enjoy any of the dozens of restaurants and shops that fill the street.  You have dozens more quaint places to eat and dine with your loved ones all within a 1-4 block radius.   The Neighborhood:The historical tourist points are all walking distance also, about 10+ mins if that from the Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.  Penns Landing is a short walk away and the famous South Street with classic eateries like Jim's Steaks, Ishkabibbles, and Marakesh are all around the corner.  This is a great place to be, no driving needed if you want to take in the City and explore. Aside from all the attractions, this neighborhood just feels amazingly welcoming.  You will feel like you have left the City yet are close to everything.  Surely a favorite to many. Getting Around: You can walk almost everywhere of interest from our apartment.  A car is not needed if you want to escape the issues or driving and parking. There is street parking with limited time restrictions.  You can also Lyft or Uber everywhere from here and the Subway is 10 mins away on 5th and Market Street.
