Hello! We have a beautiful place we call "city country". Our home is on 5 acres and has lake view off of a small lake. We rent out our lower level, which is approx 2200 sq ft and is completely private. It is attached to our upper level, which is occupied. Private entrance, off road parking and patio! Sleeps 9+ easily (base price is set for 3 guests to make it more affordable for couples or small groups. $50/night per guest fee after). Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, movies, books and more! We are a 1/4 of a mile from Coon Lake with boating and beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Minneapolis. The space We have the lower level of our ranch home available for rent. Approx 2200 sq feet. It is private with its own entrance, a locked door separating the upper level, private patio and grill and private hot tub. The lower level includes: 3 bedroom suites, full bath, family room with TV, DVD player and Google Chrome cast, kitchenette and dining area, outdoor screened in hot tub, game room area and full gym. Kitchenette has: full sz fridge, microwave, full set of dishes and accessories, toaster, coffee maker, pizza Pizazz, 6quart crock-pot, Indoor electric grill/skillet. Game room area has: ping pong table, darts and board games. Full Gym has: treadmill, bikes on trainers (seasonal), bench press, kettle bells, dumbbells, weight machine, TV/DVD and lots more! Also available for use is our fire pit with chairs. Bring your own wood. Available upon request: Queen air mattress and 2 single cots. Pack-n-play and dog crate. WE HAVE KAYAKS FOR RENT!!
