The cleaning fee covers the clean up after you vacate the property. We’d be happy to offer professional cleaning during your stay at an additional charge. You are expected to return the home in regular used condition similar to how it was found and all garbage must be bagged and left in kitchen. The professional cleaners will make beds and clean home. Additional charges will be applied towards your security deposit for: excessive garbage, smoking, vomit or bodily fluids, overly dirty conditions. PARKING: The house has a parking pad located in the back of the home and is large enough for one vehicle at no extra charge. Do not try to fit two vehicles in this spot because any vehicle that encroaches the City’s walkway will be towed. There is free street parking in designated areas.
