The bright bedroom has a queen bed with high quality linens. The bathroom has both shower and tub. A washer and dryer are located in the suite. The suite showcases paintings by local artists. The artwork is for sale. We provide breakfast (farm fresh eggs, cheese, homemade bread/muffins/jam and local farm fresh seasonal fruit, coffee, tea) for you to prepare at your leisure. A quiet neighbourhood of newer homes. The lake access is just down the street. Oliver is a small historical town in a rural agricultural setting. It's a friendly town where people you pass on the street greet you. The surrounding valley is noted world-wide for its vineyards, wineries and orchards. Dedicated parking space onsite. Walking distance to downtown and grocery store. Car recommended for further exploration. We have listings of wine tour companies if you prefer not to drive to the various wineries. We live in the main part of the house; however, the suite was built with quality soundproofing. We do not have cable television. There is a family-oriented campground across the street operating during summer months. We have noticed the kids are usually in bed by dusk and parents not far behind ensuring the noise by-law of quiet time after 10 p.m. is respected.
