Outside, you'll find a private dock, a gas grill, cornhole boards, and a volleyball/badminton net for afternoons of family fun. This home is beautifully decorated and offers upgraded amenities that include a gourmet kitchen, radiant floor heat, and a stone fireplace that's perfect for crisp mountain nights! What's nearby: This stunning lakefront property is a short drive (by boat or car) from all of the central Deep Creek Lake activities. You can also launch your kayaks and stand-up paddleboards right from your very own dock. Wisp Resort and Adventure Sports Center International are both just 14 miles northwest, and Smiley's Fun Zone awaits 12 miles north. Parking notes: Parking is limited to three cars and one boat trailer. Please park in the gravel space in front of the home. Do not park in the grass or on the roadway. Dock details: Dock available Memorial day thru Labor Day. Can only have boat tied to outside of dock. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
