Our newly remodeled home is located just outside Beattyvillle, KY, approximately 5-10 minutes from the Bald Rock Region, 15 minutes from Miguel's Pizza, and less than 5 minutes from town. The house features a completely furnished interior, laundry, Wifi, and a 24/7 home security system. This location is ideal for rock climbers looking for a nice home at a good value, but we would love to host you whether you are here to enjoy world-class climbing or a rural getaway. The space Comfy space, with the entire house to yourself. Features a deck, porch, and an acre of land best suited for pets. New washer and dryer Satellite WiFi that is reliable, but not great for streaming (as the homeowner I work through a VPN on it just fine, video calls, etc) Cell booster for hotspots that works great! We often work and stream Netflix through it all the time We recommend using the WiFi for working on your laptop and the cell booster for all mobile activity and streaming. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles
