Sunny Delight 2...Large fenced patio, beach gear!

SUNNY DELIGHT 2.. Brand new adorable beach home, a pleasure to design with the traveler in mind. LARGE fenced-in patio with deck, 3 blocks (.2 of a mile) from beach. Plenty of parking, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, pull-out couch, blow-up mattress,1 bathroom. We thought of everything when we rebuilt, new porcelain tile, furniture & furnishings throughout home. Grill out and play corn hole or giant Jenga. Watch rocket launches from the beach or the house! Bikes (2) & wagon with all the gear to get to the beach. 1.3 miles to Cocoa Beach Pier, 1.1 mile to Port Canaveral, get out & explore!
