Mellow Magnolia is an amazing place to relax and unwind after a day at the lake or just to get away with friends or family. New construction home filled with lots of new furnishings throughout in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Ample room for guest and boat parking available!! Keyless entry allows you to come and go without forgetting or losing the keys & provides social distancing. We are following additional CDC cleaning guidelines to keep our guests as safe as possible. Modern cozy decor will have you relaxing like no other in this 1200 sq ft home. It has 2 bedrooms: master with a queen size bed and the bunk room with 2 twin size beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The living room couch and oversized chairs with ottoman are ready for some great cuddle time, nap time, or just chill time! The property comes with lots of amenities you'd find at home such as a coffee pot & coffee, baking pans, lots of kitchen gadgets, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, washer & dryer, grill, hangers, plus much more. All one level inside makes it's easily accessible for everyone. There are 3 steps down to the front door and access to the back door with a small step up to the deck. There are many points of lake access near by and one is just 200 yards away from the house and includes a small beach area. You can also take a short drive to Prairie Creek Marina and launch your boat or rent one, grab fuel and a snack, and go enjoy the day. Northwest Arkansas offers many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, trails, micro breweries, and outdoor and indoor venues to explore and golf locations galore. Downtown Rogers and Lake Atlanta just 10 minutes away offers 2 park areas and is great for running, walking, bikes, scooters, and more. Bentonville is only about 25 minutes away and offers great activities and museums as well. We can't wait for you to relax and stay awhile!!
