Awake refreshed and ready for the day at the sparkling pool, breweries, restaurants or wedding venues around the corner. Seclusion, comfort and fun are the three things you won't do without. 15 Minutes from Downtown Austin! Airport: 16 miles Downtown Austin: 13 miles Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool: 15 miles Domain: 24 miles Town Lake: 12 miles 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, + an outdoor shower to get the heat off you while basking under those TX stars. -1st bedroom: queen bed with full bathroom -2nd bedroom: king bed and futon shared full bathroom with 3rd bedroom -3rd bedroom: queen bed Common area: (1) sofa couch with pull out queen bed and (2) double bed mattress beds can be pulled out from the closet if needed. Large Parking Area for your vehicles/travel trailers 2500 sqft home with plentiful space in the backyard with a large pool with a slide, there is plenty of fun to be had and memories made! Below is some general info for you to have for a safe and fun stay with us! Mona is the property manager not the home owner. :) Check in. 4pm Check out. 11am Late check outs if not approved will be $50 per hour. Three Main Rules: No parties. No events. No pets. If you need to drop your luggage before check in and we can accommodate you we will! Ten is the max guests allowed in the home. Please be transparent about your guest count. There’s signs on where to park and where not to park. If you park in the grass area where it says not to you'll be fined $100. That ground isn't meant to have vehicles on it there's a lot of hardware buried there. Park in the driveway. There's plenty of parking in the driveway. Please don't block the neighbors houses. Reach out with any questions! Pool Time! -ZERO Glass Allowed in or around pool area. If glass is broken in the pool, you will be responsible for the fee to drain the pool and any damages that incur from this. (including glitter/confetti/pet hair in pool) -Swim and slide at your own risk. I’m not sure if this needs to be said, do not get on the roof and jump into the pool. :) Music Quiet Hours: 12am is the shut off for excessive noise and music outside. We are on a leach field septic at this house. Don't flush your hygiene products, non septic toilet paper, clothes, hats, umbrellas, money and anything other than #1, #2 and the toilet paper provided down the toilet. If it rains/pours for days; and an issue comes up, let us know. We will come out and fix it. Hopefully it's not raining on your vacation. Final: Please leave the house the way you found it! If you break, you buy. If you steal, karma bites. :) If you remove anything from the property or permanently damage the home/items you will be charged for those items. If an accident happens, please be transparent. Good to Know Info: Safety: *There is a camera at every entry way of the property. * House Guide: Wifi is plentiful throughout the home! Once checking in there is a QR code you can scan to retrieve the log in information. There's a hallway of 'white closets' that lead to the half bath/laundry room, labeled with everything and anything you may need, help yourself. Whatever you don't use return it back where you found it. This isn't a store, it's there's to help you and our next guests. In the laundry room is also a shared fridge, help yourself to anything in there! The ice machine in the fridge doesn't produce ice that fast, if you need additional ice please bring ice bags. We have ice chests provided on the patio for you to use. There's neighbors off of Twin Creek Rd that sell bundled wood year round if you need it, please pull up to their house pay and grab! Support local! Everything is labeled throughout the home. If you would like more beds for the common space they are located in the gray room closet and the bedding is in the hallway with the 'white closets' mentioned above. In the teal room, there’s (2) memory foam toppers for either the futon in that room or the pull out sofa in the common area. The dining room table expands, the extension pieces are in the 'white closets' hallway. There's a gray bench and two blue chairs to add to the table for more seating.
