Please read before booking :) After 4 guests, we charge an extra guest fee of $20 per night per guest. As you can see below, we provide a lot of extras to make our home comfortable and accommodating, but with more guests comes more use of these things as well as more time to prepare and clean the home. We feel that even with the fee, you are getting an amazing value compared to having to book multiple hotel rooms to accommodate a larger group. Please book for the accurate amount of people. A $150 fee will be charged if guests stay in the home that were not included in the booking. Thank you! With an open floor plan, plenty of socializing areas while also offering secluded bedrooms, this home is great for large groups and multiple families. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, with a park just up the street, you have access to so much while having a relaxing stay. *Smart tvs with YoutubeTv and Netflix in main living areas and Master *Basement features 3 arcade machines, skee ball, foosball space for watching movies, and table for playing games. Board games and toys available! *All paved roads, 2 driveway areas for parking and a 3 car garage. *The master bedroom features a king size bed, 2 upstairs guest rooms have queen beds. Downstairs guest rooms feature a bunk room (2 bunk beds with trundles) and a room with a queen and a daybed. There are 2 queen size air mattresses with headboards that inflate simply by plugging in. *The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is a natural gas grill on the deck. *There is a park in our neighborhood and access to hike and bike trails **No Smoking, no pets. Stairs are required to access the home. If you have specific questions about accessibility, please message us! * Weather cancellation policy: Due to the nature of where we live, we do not offer refunds for weather related events unless the DOT closes the highway or roads prohibiting travel to our town. We experience winter 6+ months out of the year and our area is equipped to handle the snow. We want you to feel comfortable with traveling, but cannot afford to have our calendar tied up only to have last minute cancellations for several months out of the year.
