As you enter the condo you go up a flight of stairs to the living area. The living area is light and bright with gas ignited wood burning fireplace, 36 inch flat screen TV with Blu-ray and stereo. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops and the dining table seats 8. There is a small deck off the dining area with views of the bike path. Also on this level are the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twins and third bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have access to full size hallway bath with single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. On the second level is the master bedroom with King bed, 36 inch flat screen TV and views of the Mts. There is a large walk in closet and master bath with walk in shower, sunken tub and single sink vanity. The full size washer/dryer are located in the single car garage. From the garage there is an entrance to a bonus room with bunk beds and a half bathroom. This is not part of the main home and is not suitable for small children as it has a garage entrance, but would be ok as an extra bonus room for a couple older kids or adults. Complex Features : Located on the bike path that is groomed in the winter to ski to the Mt or cross country ski, and in the summer can take you up and down the Valley either direction on your bikes.
