Newly renovated over 2,000 ft2 mid-century modern home equipped with smart home technology, located in a quiet neighborhood. Our home was designed with family and group getaways in mind. You will enjoy the luxury of a large, fully updated home with space to spread out, a screened-in porch along with a fully fenced backyard which kids and dogs would love, and plenty of parking! All this, while only being 4.1 miles to the Indy Motor Speedway and very close to downtown! This house is not appropriate for parties. The space We are near: - Indianapolis Motor Speedway - 4.1 miles, 10 minute drive - Downtown (Lucas Oil Stadium - Colts), Indiana Convention center, Victory Field- 13 miles and 18 minute drive - Indy Racing Experience - 5 miles - Indianapolis Zoo - 8 miles - The Children's Museum of Indianapolis - 9.6 miles About our house: - Basics: 3 bedrooms, loft, & 2.5 bathrooms. 1 king, 1 queen, double (Full) bunkbed, and 2 sofa beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably and can accommodate up to 10. - Technology: Ultra-fast Wifi, Google Nest Thermostat, Google Hub, Google Mini, SMART TV with YouTube TV (including ESPN, HGTV, Food Network and more). - All the comforts of home: We provide a single-serve coffee maker, sugar, sweetener, creamer, and light breakfast snacks. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, Insta-pot, kettle, toaster, dinnerware and utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathroom. There is an onsite washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. - Kid friendly: Got kids? We do too! Child-friendly items (toys, books, board games, pack and play, plastic plates and utensils, etc.) have been provided. Note that while the property is kid friendly it is not necessarily child-proof. - Pet friendly: Dogs are subject to host approval and require a $50 pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs. We have a big, fully fenced backyard that your dogs are free to roam in. You are responsible to clean up pet waste in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture. - COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests. Guest access Contactless check-in via key coded door locks. The door code will be provided to you a few days prior to your check-in date, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions. You can park two cars in the driveway, along with plenty of additional street parking. Entire house is available for your use. Other things to note Our home is protected by Simplisafe. We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. We ask that you do not use the indoor fireplace.
