The Cozy Cottage

My little home has a separate/private cozy cottage. It has a kitchenette, (no stove or kitchen sink) little fridge, microwave, coffee maker, few popcorn/oatmeal, plastics silverware and few paper goods to get you started. Closet space for clothes, iron with ironing board. Bathroom stocked with towels, shower with basic soaps, hair dryer, toilet paper, sink. Sleeping area is a king size bed and pull out couch sofa, kitchen table with seating for 4, 2 smart tv. The one small tv has local channels and the bigger tv is a smart tv with YouTube and Netflix available. The driveway is shared by neighbor you may park by the cottage in front of my garage door. Has back yard closed in gated area for pet if needed. Local attractions: Walking distance to city park; 2.2 miles from Valley Mills Winery; 5 miles to JDH metal art; 20 miles from Magnolia Warehouse shop/table; less than a mile from Joanna Gaines cook show home,12 miles from Chip and Joanna Gaines farm home; 15 miles from Magnolia house in Mcgregor; 25 miles from waco park zoo, baylor university and mammoth site.
