Beachfront condo on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay! Recently remodeled, this 800 square foot condo has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (sleeps 2-4). Entirely renovated Spring 2019, this unit has been remodeled from the floors to the ceilings, and everything in between. It is on the ground level, only steps from the finest sandy beach on Grand Traverse Bay. The floor plan offers a panoramic view of East Bay from the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as from the private deck. The white sandy beach and crystal clear waters of East Bay are steps away from your condo. And if its a bit chilly you can relax in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (Memorial Day until Labor Day). The interior is contemporary and relaxed, featuring a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove top, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, island with bi-level bar seating​, washer and dryer, and modern fixtures. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a ​dining table that seats four, and a large HD flat screen TV with cable service. The bathroom​ is open and spacious​, with a large walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and matte black fixtures. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a second HD flat screen with cable service. The duvet on the comforter is changed for every stay as well as the mattress pad and pillow protectors. For your convenience we supply beach towels (4), dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, laundry dry rack, laundry basket, ice cube trays (if you love ice you might want to grab a bag when you get groceries), shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap! This is in an excellent location that is close to downtown TC, restaurants, brew pubs, wineries, ​and beaches! We strive to make your stay above and beyond your expectations.
