Tentrr Signature Site - Poet's Skyrock Organic Farm

Summary: This campsite is located on a unique rock clearing with an open sky that allows you to see spectacular stars at night. You'll see reindeer moss and seasonal wild blueberries, serviceberries, and dewberries. We grow our own certified organic microgreens and forest-grown double jewel shiitake. Some of our favorite restaurants include Kaatskeller, The Arnold House, The DeBruce, and North Branch Inn. Close to the campsite is a spa, fly fishing, hiking, and swimming (Big Pond, Little Pond, Mongaup Pond) French and English are spoken and we are child/infant friendly. The Space: A secluded campsite near our small mushrooms and microgreens farm. Guest Access: This campsite is off-the-grid, offering the chance to relax, unplug, and experience nature! There is no electricity or WiFi, and cell service may be hard to come by. You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise. When it comes to bathrooms, this campsite comes with a solar camp shower (that will be filled with water and can be hung anywhere around your campsite you feel comfortable) as well as an outdoor camp toilet (you'll line the loo with a provided CleanWaste bag, do your duty, then remove the bag, tie it off, and throw it in the garbage). When you arrive, you'll follow the map provided to arrive at your campsite. Parking will be close by and dogs are always allowed! Whats included at the campsite: -A large canvas tent with a Queen size air mattress -A separate five person pop-up dome tent -Picnic table and benches -Outdoor camp shower and toilet -2 Adirondack chairs What you should bring: -S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat -A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling -Bedding and pillows for the provided queen size air mattress -Lanterns and lighting -Firewood for the campfire Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! Other Things to Note: Please help maintain the ecology of the clearing by being mindful. Avoid excessive treading on the reindeer moss & please be mindful of what you wash into the ground, do not use any lighter fluid, or anything you would not want in the NYC watershed. COVID Update: We do not offer any bedding or cooking gear options this year. Please bring your own equipment. We expect our guests to be particularly tidy and pickup waste and garbage when they leave the camp.
