Come stay at our newly renovated farmhouse nestled on a beautiful, peaceful 70 acre property! The property has a pond, walking trails through the woods, and plenty of space outside for recreation. It is located 3 miles from the center of Lake Anna. There are nearby wineries, cideries, breweries, and more! Come enjoy all that Lake Anna and the surrounding areas have to offer. You have full use of the cozy 2 bedroom home. Our home has a full kitchen, living room, den/dining, and back porch with great views. In the summer months the lawn is usually mowed and trimmed on Mondays or Tuesdays depending on the weather. We will always try to work out a convenient time for this to be done so as not to disturb you. Our home is very centrally located. - 15 minutes to Lake Anna State Park & public boat launches - 40 minutes to Charlottesville & The University of Virginia's Campus - 1 hour to Richmond
