1929 Farmhouse near Downtown Durham and Duke

This is a neat old 1929 farmhouse that was definitely here first, in a neighborhood that's grown up around it. While the house has no noise restrictions whatsoever and is quite private with an old farmhouse feel and extremely large fenced back yard, it does sit on a main thoroughfare with a bus stop directly in front of the house - so privacy but with easy access - it's a 10 minute straight shot to downtown Durham, drive or uber and *very* convenient to Duke Hospital and University. I think it's neat, and definitely worth note, that you'll have both a City Mouse *and* Country Mouse kind of experience staying here:).
