Fishing * Go to Fishermen's Village for boat rentals for the big deep sea fishing. There are many public fishing piers in Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte. Boat rentals * and charters * are a favorite at Fishermen's Village. Waterside restaurants and shopping. Pleasure cruises to Sanibel Island, Boca Grande, Cabbage Key and harbor sunset cruises. Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Publix and Winn Dixie are all within 4 miles.
