Sunnybrook House

Sunnybrook is located on 28 acres on a quiet road in West Brookfield, Massachusetts. We are 20 minutes from Sturbridge (I90 & I84) and 40 minutes from Wachusetts Mountain, for good skiing. The house has a small boating and fishing pond, as well as a skating pond. Hiking trails can be found on the property. We are walking distance to Massachusetts Wildlife and Fisheries grounds. There is an indoor fireplace as well as multiple outdoor fire pits and BBQ. Indoor and outside dining areas. The house is a spacious single family home with an owner's apartment off the garage that has no shared walls and it's own private entrance. The owner may occasionally stay there from time to time. Please pull into the driveway and pull close to the garage. The first parking spot when entering the driveway is reserved for the owner. There is ample parking for 5 or more cars. The house is set slight back from the road. When you arrive, look for a driveway opposite a crab apple orchard. I have an Owner's Apartment attached to house with a separate entrance and no shared walls. I am there by myself on rare occasion. I have a property manager who lives elsewhere that is available if a need arises. There is limited ride-hailing service in the area; it's recommended that you use a car during your stay. Check in is after 4:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM. All bedrooms come with A/C and the two bedrooms on the lower floor have 1/2 baths. There are full bathrooms on both levels as well. A/C is provided in summer months for an additional fee of 25 dollars per night.
