We provide propane BBQ grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and lounge chairs on large pool deck for your sun bathing. This lovely home has a wide range of amenities to enjoy your memorable vacation. Beaches, PBI airport, golf courses, fine restaurants, downtown shopping, Palm Beach Outlets, City Place are just few miles away. It is near I-95 so commuting is also very convenient. •Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. - Every bedroom has 4K Smart HDTV. Clean high grade linens and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay, as well as toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc. -Upon Advanced Request, additional roll-away beds, air beds, baby cribs, and high chairs can be provided. •Entertainment/Other Living spaces: - Reclining couches and chairs in living room. - Theater Room with 135" screen surround sound. Reclining chairs. - Wired and Wi-Fi Fast internet. Cable is provided in Theater Room. - All bedrooms have Smart 4K HDTV. - Full body massage chair. •Kitchen: Full kitchen with dishwasher, cook top, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. Silverware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans and cook wares, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, cream, sugar, cooking oils, salt, pepper and many spices are available for your use. •Laundry room: In-house Washer and Dryer, iron, ironing board. •Outdoor: - Private Heated Pool with sun shelf and Hot Tub. - Quiet back yard with coconut and fruit trees. - Beach chairs for guest to bring to the beach. - Patio / pool deck with propane barbecue grill, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area with table and chairs. - Note: There is a pool Heating Fee of $45 per day once requested, unless the fee was included when you book.
