Our brand new, fully furnished 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 10 ADULTS IN BEDS AND 2 CHILDREN IN BUNK BEDS! Maximum 12 occupancy! Monthly/Weekly/Daily Renters, Essential Workers, Families/Vacationers, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Coast Guard Academy, Electric Boat, Dominion Energy, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casinos Unfortunately, we can not combine multiple discounts/special rates to already existing bookings or new inquiries. All photos also act as a digital floor plan/walk through of the home. Guests have access to the entire vacation home. It is only a 5 minute drive into downtown Mystic. We are only steps away from Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Aquarium: open all seasons. No need for parking; you are a light stroll or bike ride from Mystic Seaport Museum and a short drive to the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mistic Village. Ocean Beach Park is less than a 15 minute drive, open Memorial Day to Labor Day! HOUSE SPACE: the home is a split level design w/ garage, 2200 sq ft 50" HDTV and L-shaped couch in living room upper level: master, bedroom 2 & 3 all furnished w/ queen beds, large closets, AC units full bathroom tub/shower combo in upper level hallway 2 queen beds, bunk bed, 50" HDTV on lower level floor in open concept space, also full bathroom w/ shower on lower level floor all bedrooms and bathrooms have doors w/ locks for privacy luggage rack in each room for suitcases FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET: entire home is wifi accessible, 500+ mbps (good for 6+ people or 10+ devices) TV: utilize Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, etc if you sign in on your own account. 5 industrial air conditioning units electric base board heat in each designated room keyless passcode entry to house furnished back deck area (equipped w/ solar lighting) seats 8 guests spacious open kitchen and dining area dinner table that seats 6 guests keurig coffee maker (coffee pods, creamer, sugar not included) complete kitchenware sets for 12 guests: drinking glasses, coffee mugs, bowls, plates, forks, knives, spoons basic cookware: pots, pans, baking sheets essential kitchen appliances extra linens and towels THE FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERABLE. Guests will be able to park 5 vehicles in driveway and 1 in the garage. Please do not park the vehicles on the street. If you are you ticketed, we will not be held responsible for any street parking violations. Guests are always free to instant book the beach house at any time. Please Note: rental inquiries do not guarantee or reserve your dates of stay. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. All Bookings: standard checkin 2pm and standard checkout 10am. Unfortunately, there are no extended checkins or checkouts. We do not have the ability to extend checkin or checkout times. Also, we do not accept trip alteration (dates) once booking is confirmed. You will be notified through the message board, the day/morning of your stay (fifteen minutes prior to your selected check in time) with the keyless entry instructions and code. We are flexible with allowing pet(s) upon request, at $150 extra flat rate fee, per pet. This additional "pet fee" will be applied as an additional cost to the booking. This fee covers a separate cleaning service to remove pet hair/dander from the home and also utilization of specialized disinfectant & cleaning agents. We appreciate this advanced notification at time of booking, that you are bringing the pet(s) along on your trip. We understand that pets are just as much a part of the family as people. Although, we kindly ask that you please keep the pet(s) off of the furniture, couches, and beds. Also, please be courteous and properly dispose of any waste when they utilize the outdoor restroom. Any incurred pet damages to the home or its contents, will result in a damage claim to VRBO/HomeAway, that the guest will be held liable for. Maximum 2 pets. The pet fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Please Note: DURING SEVERE INCLEMENT WEATHER, MANAGEMENT MAY NEED TO TIE DOWN AND/OR STORE AWAY OUTDOOR FURNITURE TO AVOID DAMAGE. All outdoor furniture also is removed/stored away each fall season (by 1st week of November) for winterization, then re-assembled for guest usage in spring/summer seasons (by 2nd week April). We are available by VRBO/HomeAway message board from 10am - 5pm (eastern standard time), seven days a week. We kindly ask that ALL communication is made through the VRBO/HomeAway message board; to only utilize the telephone contact in the event of a true emergency. We DO NOT provide on site facility showing(s) and/or walk-through services prior to booking your stay. We ARE NOT responsible for the receipt or procurement of any guest packages ordered/delivered to home before, during, or after their stay. We kindly request that the furniture and layout of the home IS NOT to be moved around or reconfigured. DO NOT alter any of the home electronics: TVs, wifi, cable boxes. We DO NOT provide an outdoor bbq grill at this property, you are welcome to bring your own. DO NOT DUMP HOT COALS IN PLASTIC GARBAGE CAN! Used linens can be deposited in the 2 hampers located on bottom floor room. Please, DO NOT REMOVE the mattress protector covers from the beds when changing linens. Garbage cans and recycle bin are located inside garage area. If there are any large bags of trash and/or recyclables from your stay, please dispose of these items IN TRASH BAGS, in the large trash cans and recycle bin. Garbage and recyclables will be picked up by management after your departure. You are welcome to use the industrial air conditioning units/ heat to their liking. Although, please turn the thermostat to OFF once your stay has ended. THE FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERABLE. DO NOT USE. Alcoholic consumption is prohibited for any guest(s) under the age of 21. A $150 fee will be incurred for any(each) lost/ broken fan, TV, or cable box remote controls. There are 4 portable AC units strategically placed throughout the home. DO NOT MOVE THESE UNITS FROM ROOMS OR DETACH FROM WALL. A $750 fee will be incurred for any(each) damaged unit. You are welcome to use the industrial air conditioning units/ heat to their liking. Although, please turn the thermostat to OFF once your stay has ended. AC units will be removed from the home each fall season (by 2nd week of October) and stored away, then re-installed in spring season (by Memorial Day Weekend in late May). Washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are all located in bottom floor and garage area. Please be advised, this rental property ONLY CONTAINS items specifically notated on the listing page. If you are requesting the provision of an outdoor bbq grill, umbrellas, beach chairs, wine glasses, serving plates and cooking/baking items, cooking/baking spices or condiments, folding chairs, air mattresses, etc, or any other non-standard item(s) that are not listed, please plan ahead and bring your own. The items that are provided at the home are already above and beyond the standard rental accommodations, so please plan accordingly. You are always welcome to bring any additional items of your liking with you during your stay. All household inventory is counted before and after each guests' stay. These fees and rules are non negotiable. Furthermore, any damage to the property or its contents both internally and externally, including but not limited to: missing, broken, or vandalized household item(s), will be sent to VRBO/HomeAway Claims Department. A claim for compensation of such damages will be initiated, and you will be held legally responsible.
