The living room area features a wood burning fireplace and open view windows providing plenty of light. Relax in front of the fire, enjoy the large flat screen TV, and stream your device on the home's WIFI.  Have a cup of coffee at the kitchen table or play a friendly board game. Bake fresh cookies in the cabin's super-cute vintage oven.  With it's well-stocked kitchen including a standard coffee maker, microwave, gas range and refrigerator, you won't need to head out for a single meal. You will find two bedrooms to accommodate your group, one located at the north and one at the south side of the cabin. The first  bedroom features a queen bed. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub for your convenience. Enjoy the warm sun on the front porch or head to the back yard area to enjoy the propane BBQ and serene private setting that features cornhole. The large backyard is perfect for fun and exploration. This cozy cabin has everything you need for enjoying your mountain escape and a cer-eal experience! Note: There is a propane grill and table and chairs in the shed for tenant use. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
