THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING 1. PURPOSE: The use of our property is for recreational purposes only. No party. No drinking party. No drugs. No loud music. 2.. OCCUPANCY: -> Limit: We allow maximum of 12 guests. If you need to add additional guest, we may approve at an additional $100 per person, per night, no more than 14. -> Children: # of adults must exceed # of kids from infant to age 7. -> Pets: We only allow small dogs 20lbs or less. Maximum of 2. Hypoallergenic. Potty Trained. Must wear diaper at all times inside the house. $500 Per Pet for pet deposit is required and is refundable if no damages, stains and accident found inside the home. Pet fee is $35-$100 per pet per night 3. DOCK SPACE: We do have a dock space where you can dock your boats/waver runners, however, it has no lift. You will have to tie your boat onto our dock. Maximum of 2 boats. 4. HEATWAVE: We have two AC in the house and during heatwave, our units works harder. If you want to turn on the AC all day for your comfort, it will be locked at 75. This will minimize the constant repair of our AC. 5. ALLERGIES: If you have environmental or animal allergies, we do not recommend our place since we are surrounded by wetland, wildlife, and pet visitors at times. LOCATION: Our luxurious home is situated at the end of the Discovery Bay Blvd and overlooking a spectacular wetland area with an abundance of wildlife throughout the year. Because of the way the house sits, it really offers you a wonderful feeling of seclusion. Just 7 minutes from restaurant and groceries. This home is also close to the marina where you can launch your boat. KITCHEN & DINING: The chef in your group will appreciate the sleek gourmet kitchen with commercial stove top, refrigerator and freezer. A big island provides ample space to prep meals and seating for four. We have a variety of kitchen amenities for your convenience such as rice cooker, juicer, toaster, hand mixer and many more. Enjoy coffee in the morning with our coffee machine that brews 10 cups, bring your Nespresso vertuo pods and enjoy our Nespresso machine with our Nespresso milk frother. When it's time to eat, gather for festive vacation meals at the dining table for eight. FOR OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT - BBQ grill - Paddle boat - Paddle board - Four fishing rods (2 adults, 2 kids). FOR INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT - Pool Table - Theatre Room - Lounge Room - Board Games BEDROOM & BATHROOM 1. Downstairs Room: 2 full size bed, sleeps 2-4. This bedroom is located downstairs for the guests who do not want to use two flights of stairs. There is a full bathroom next to it. 2. Grand Master Suite - European King Bed, sleeps 2 - En-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, dual vanity sinks, sauna - 50 inch Smart TV - Sofa 3. Master Suite - European King Bed, sleeps 2 - Day bed - 40 inch Smart TV - En-Suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, vanity sink and a walk-in closet. 4. Twin Suite, 1 Full Size Bed, 1 twin bunk bed, sleeps 3-4 5. Zen Room - Queen Size Bed, sleeps 2 Guest access CLOSED FOR GUEST ACCESS: 1. There are two indoor Garage Space, one will be closed for owner's personal belongings and the other one is accessible to guest. 2. Wine Cellar: Closed for owner's personal belongings 3. Rooftop: There is a spiral staircase towards the rooftop that guests are not permitted to enter. 4. Grand Master Suite Closet is also closed for owner's personal belongings. The property is 5500 sqft, and there is a lot to know on how things work and where everything is. 2. Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address and needs to be signed by both parties within 1 week after the reservation confirmation via DocuSign along with your valid photo government issued ID attached to the rental agreement.
