There is a gas grill on both levels. 2 tables with chairs and a swing. This area is separate for the living spaces, however this listing includes all areas of the property, except the boathouse and storage areas. This includes the entire cabin up stairs main level as well as the apartment downstairs. That is one king master bedroom on main level, one king bedroom and one double bedroom downstairs. There is a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. We also rent the downstairs apartment or the upstairs level separately. This listing includes both areas. You will have the entire cabin to yourselves. There is a wood burning fireplace in the vaulted den, a gas fireplace in the den downstairs and an electric fireplace in the double bedroom in the apartment. This listing includes all areas on the property, except the boathouse and storage areas. We may or may not be on site. Speed limit is 35 miles per hour in front of the house however cars speed through here. Please watch both directions carefully as we're at the top of the Hill. You can see both directions but if you see a car please wait until they pass. If you are with us on the last Saturday of the month, we have a community potluck and you're welcome to join us. You will need a car to get around as we are in the country. There are chairs in the covered area on the boat dock and a picnic table in the pavilion. There are 2 levels on the dock. Please watch your step as you go toward the water. There are flower pots on the lower level to alert you of the change. We are waiting on baby birds to fly to remove the broken fan from the last heavy storm in pavilion. You may want to bring water toys, floats, swim gear and Beach Towels. Please keep Bath Towels at the cabin. There are 2 kayaks available. State law requires a life jacket on a kayak at all times. Penalty is $300. There are 2 life jackets in the covered area of the dock. kayaks are located on the back of the boat house and should be returned there when you leave.
