THE PROPERTY Our 1627sf, single level, Cottonwood model has an elevated patio with stunning, wide-open views overlooking the driving range. The patio is the perfect place for enjoying BBQ’s with family and friends! It is furnished with a natural gas BBQ, patio table with seating for 4 plus two loungers to enjoy the incredible view of the stars at night. There is a telescope for your use if you really want to see the sky up close. Enjoy our 4 beach cruisers for a ride around our beautiful country club and take our pool floats to the sparkling, heated pool and jacuzzi which are less than a minute walk away. We usually have the entire pool to ourselves! You have the use of our golf cart to drive to any of the other 45 pools in this resort LIVING ROOM The living room is light and bright with its vaulted ceilings and large sliding doors that look out onto your beautiful view! It has all new furniture including a sofa and love seat, two swivel barrel chairs, a 55 inch Smart TV with premium channels and DVD player. We have a large selection of DVDs and lots of games for you and your friends to enjoy. For music lovers we have a record player and receiver with a large selection of albums, everything from Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra to Motown and Pop music. You can also plug your iPhone into our receiver to play your own playlist. There are plenty of wine glasses and everything you need to mix your favorite cocktails in our cocktail niche. This house was made for entertaining! KITCHEN / DINING ROOM In the kitchen we have new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and beautiful white cabinetry. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your favorite meals and entertaining friends! We provide a Keurig, french press, pour over and an automatic drip coffee maker with a starter pack of coffee, and sweeteners for your use. The kitchen opens into the dining area and has a breakfast bar for two. You will love the beautiful dining area with its modern glass table that seats six, comfortable chairs and gorgeous lighting. You can enjoy a delicious meal while looking at your beautiful view! MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM The master bedroom has a new, luxurious king-size bed and a 43 inch smart TV with premium channels. BEDROOM 2 / GUEST BATH Guests using the second bedroom will have the luxury of a queen-size bed, 32 inch TV and ensuite, hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with three pools a short walk away. Pools are heated from October to May and they are set at 84° and spas 102°. We provide plenty of fluffy towels and separate beach towels for the pool.
