There is 1 bedroom and a bathroom with stall shower. The separate living room area has a couch, lift-top coffee table, TV & efficiency kitchen (it does not have a range but has a microwave, convection oven, 1 burner induction hot plate, fridge, sink, storage and includes cookware/dinnerware). Ideal for a single traveller or couple who is on the quiet side (someone who doesn't play loud music or TV). 1-2 Pets considered on a case by case basis with additional pet rent and deposit. Ideal for a well behaved small non-barking dog or cat. (Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated in the bedroom when unattended).
