Please do not use any other cleaners on any surfaces except what is under kitchen and bath sink. 7/ All towels are for Water use only- if you leave any towel stained with makeup or any other kind of stain there is a $35 mandatory Fee for towel replacements- this will be photo documented. 8. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TOBACCO PRODUCTS, VAPE PRODUCTS AND MARIJUANA on premises anywhere in yards or common areas-smoking of any kind must be done OUT ON THE SIDEWALK PREFERABLY DOWN AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY - We charge a $150 Smoke Clean Up Fee for smoke smell discovered anywhere inside or any found evidence of use such as paraphernalia or butts etc... on premises 9. We do not allow ANY BURNING of any substances such as candles, incense etc... 10. There is a $30 fee for any lost/replacement keys. 11. There is a $150 fee if you lock get locked out 12. If Smoke detector goes off- Turn on microwave FAN TO HIGH (it has 4 speeds) open both back doors, it should stop fairly quickly 13.
