SUSQUEHANNA RIVER - Beau Rivage takes its name from the beautiful view of the river. It is a 2-story colonial on the Susquehanna River at the head of Goodyear Lake. The amenities provide outdoor activities combined with all of the comforts of home. Owner provides tandem kayak, stand-up paddle board, canoe and paddle boat for family fun. FREE lessons for kayaking and stand-up paddleboard are available at the Kayak Shop next door. There is great fishing right off the dock. Beau Rivage had major renovation in 2016-2017 including an all new kitchen. There is a large living room, an enclosed sun room overlooking the water and an enclosed side porch with a Foosball table. There are 6 TVs - all flat screen SMART TVs, a Foosball table, a waterfront deck. The dock area is great for swimming and fishing. Additional Canoe and kayak rentals are available next door at Canoe and Kayak Rentals and Sales. It is convenient to baseball tournaments in Cooperstown and Oneonta. Parking for 4 cars.
