Are you searching for an upscale property that’s big enough to handle a small crowd? Look no further! This property has it All (capital A). In fact, there’s so much to tell, we need to break it down: Who should rent it?  This one’s perfect for choosy renters who want lots of luxury and tons of space. Think: Big families. Several couples enjoying a weekend getaway or reunion. Multiple families. Executive teams that need an idyllic setting for a working retreat. Where is it?  This elegant property is situated on a big, two-acre lot in a quiet neighborhood of well-maintained executive homes and it’s convenient to everything—every major sports complex and international company in Greenville is close by: MESA Soccer Complex—3.4 Miles GSP Airport—5.0 Miles Top Golf—5.7 Miles Michelin North American Headquarters—6.3 Miles BMW Manufacturing—6.7 miles Downtown Greer—6.8 Miles Tyger River Sports Complex—7.5 Miles  Downtown Greenville—15.2 Miles  Downtown Spartanburg—18.1 miles What is it like?  (We thought you’d never ask!)  The interior has . . . More than 3,500 square feet of beautiful hardwood floors, original wood mouldings, and luxury amenities throughout  Five workstations throughout the home that can be used for Zoom meetings or important leadership calls. Talk about the perfect “work from home” set up!  A large, vaulted, fully equipped kitchen (offering Keurig and regular coffee maker options). Here, your inner chef will emerge at an island cooktop that allows for socializing while you whip up your next gourmet meal.  Not one or even two, but THREE sitting areas downstairs—to give guests the opportunity to spread out and visit in a variety of spaces. Sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people (including babies).  Let's start with the two master suites, both outfitted with king beds, desk spaces, and sitting areas to allow for maximum comfort and privacy.  The first is located on the main level just off of the living area. It’s a large room with a giant bathroom that includes a sitting area, large tub, walk-in shower and separate water closet. (NOTE: The spacious room attached to this suite is actually the closet, not another bedroom.)  While we’re on the subject of closet space, there’s ample storage throughout the rest of this property (for families that might be wanting to rent long-term).  The second master suite is upstairs, towards the back of the home. It’s got a full private shower and bathroom area and includes a desk/work area as well.  Upstairs you’ll find two other bedrooms. One has a queen bed. The other, with three twin beds (one of which has a trundle bed), can sleep four. Each bedroom has either two separate closets or one large walk-in closet, plus a sitting area, plus a work space. For Mamas with little ones who need naps, we’ve got three “Pack and Plays” onsite. We can even provide toys and high chairs for up to three young children (so you don’t have to lug all that baby paraphernalia with you) for a small fee. What about outside? You’ll find a private, peaceful landscape with a mix of hardwoods and evergreens. Behind the property, there’s a deck for grilling and an uncovered, tiered porch that drops down into the back yard. Since it is South Carolina, pesky mosquitos (i.e., “the Unofficial State Bird”) are sure to show up at your party uninvited; however, the home’s screened porch will allow you to enjoy the outdoors without being eaten alive.  Did we mention the two-car garage?  Or the peaceful front porch that features rocking chairs and fans for your enjoyment? When should we rent it? ASAP! This is a coveted location and property, and as the word trickles out, it has become one of our most popular homes! Why would we rent it?  If you still have to ask after reading this far, we don’t know what else to say! How do we rent it? Easy! Just click "Book Now" and follow booking prompts! Just a quick note: The fireplace is not currently functional.  The following questions are the ones we get asked most often about this property. Maybe they’re your questions too? What are your cleaning practices (and fees) in the time of COVID-19?  Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem a bit higher than certain other rental companies? It’s a fair question, and here’s our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile to keep you safe—especially in this era of COVID-19. In some cases, it takes our staff up to twenty hours to properly clean and disinfect this house, and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the cleaning that is necessary to insure your safety and comfort.  When we clean a property, our staff members wear gloves and masks. We follow professional hospitality standards by (a) using industrial strength cleaners and (b) commercially washing linens in water temperatures of 160+ degrees to kill any virus/bacteria. We sanitize all surfaces with Lysol disinfectants and bleach-based cleaning liquids. We are not offering natural cleaning options at this time. Again, it’s because of these additional cleaning precautions that we have been forced to raise our cleaning and linen charges.  For all bookings, properties are inspected 24 hours before arrival. Please note that due to COVID cleaning requirements, if you are checking in on the same day that another guests is checking out, we are only able to allow Early Check-In if we are able to coordinate well in advance. An Early Check-In Fee for such situations will be quoted ahead of time due to the extra cleaning requirements.  Do you host families with young children?  All the time! We especially love making traveling with little ones easier for you. If it will reduce your vacation stress, we can, upon request, provide a Pack-and-Play at no charge. For a small fee, we can also provide a high chair and age-appropriate toys and games for your child. Want to leave all your bulky “baby paraphernalia” at home? Just let us know your child’s age/gender so we can get you set up. Request those items when reserving the property, and we’ll be sure to have them on site when you arrive! What about pets? Only dogs are allowed at this property at this time. Be advised there is a Daily Pet Fee of $45/pet/day. For stays longer than 30 days, we charge a lower Daily Pet Fee. What are the Pet Rules? We highly encourage owners to use a kennel to prevent any furniture or home damage when the pets are left unattended. We kindly ask that owners dispose of pet waste and do not allow their pets on the furniture (couches, chairs, or beds) or we may have to charge to professionally clean each item. Violation of not coordinating with Entre-Realty, LLC will result in immediate eviction without refund, and will result in an agreed five hundred dollar ($500.00) liquidated damages award to Entre-Realty, LLC and Property Owner. Renter will be responsible for all cleaning costs and any losses incurred by Property Owner and/or Entre-Realty, LLC due to this violation. Homes that are pet friendly are currently for dogs only. Cats will be considered, but only with prior approval by Property Manager. For guests planning to bring dogs, guests must inform us of what kind of dogs they will be bringing ahead of time or at booking.  We do comply with requirements for service animals*; however, guest MUST furnish the following in order to have the pet fee and deposit waived: 1. Guest must submit the following questions with answers: A. Does the guest have a disability? B. Does the guest require the assistant animal because of the above disability? C. What work or task the animal has been trained to perform? 2. Guest agrees to comply with the following rules: A. The animal is completely housebroken and will not bark disturbing neighbors or other tenants. B. Animals must be kept off of all furniture (unless medically required). C. The animal will never be left alone in the property. D. Any animal mess outside will be picked up and properly disposed of by the guest. E. The animal will be on a leash at all times while outside and must be under control of the owner at all times. *NOTE: The ADA does not consider Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) the same as Service Animals, and therefore ESAs are not covered under the same rules. Any guest bringing an ESA will need to pay for the animal as required by the listing description. What if I am a business traveler who comes to Greenville often?  We love repeat travelers and we offer seasonal discounts to repeat travelers only. Make sure we have your email and you will get notifications throughout the year tailored to YOU! Do you allow Long-Term or frequent stays? Long-term stays are welcome! Please send a message and let’s talk schedules and dates. We reward repeat travelers by offering an automatic 10% off after one stay. Also ask us about our business specials where we give 1 free night for every 10 week nights spent with us for 50 days paid for in advance. (Not applicable for weekend stays or discounted long-term monthly stays). Please note reservation fees are applied with every stay. What about Early Check-In and Late Check-Out?  We understand you wanting to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer an Early Check-In option and Late Check-Out option (for those who reserve far enough in advance). NOTE: There is a fee for this service (since we have to bring in extra staff to make this possible for you). We will quote the early check in fee once the request is made. Generally it is 1/2 a night rate.  Normal check-in is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is 1 PM. Normal check-out is 10:00 AM. Late checkout time is noon. All additional requests must be made ahead of time.  If you put in your request ahead of time, we will make it happen for you after payment is made.  What are our StayGVL’s office hours?  As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.  We are easily reached through email or text as well.    In the case of guest emergencies, we’re available to you 24/7. What do I need to do after booking?  All guests are required to sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement with our company after booking. That signed agreement is required whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.  As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded from lock to check-in when it's convenient for you—even after the check-in times. Or, if you desire, we can come by to meet and greet you. However, we want to respect your privacy and also adhere to COVID-19 protocols. In short, we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to, or it is necessary for us to address an issue. All it takes for you to enjoy all this goodness is for you to enter your travel dates and click the green “Instant Quote” button to the right. You’ll be on your way! Why do I have to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement? I’ve never had to sign that before... This is an insurance policy requirement since we are a professional property management company who manages vacation rentals. The purpose of the Vacation Rental Agreement is to create a legal contract in order to protect guests and owners. Since many Vacation Rental standards vary from host to host, this document helps us to clarify our expectations. All our confirmed guests are required to sign (electronically) this document in order to receive the Check-In Instructions. That signed agreement is required whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.  The good news is that it doesn’t cost you anything and it takes less than 10 seconds to sign. Easy peasy! Entre-Realty, LLC and StayGVL have enlisted SafelyStay, Inc. to verify guests to ensure a positive and safe stay for guests and for the comfort of our neighbors. By making a reservation with us, the Renter gives permission to the property manager to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm the Renter’s reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest verification can be found at www.safely.com/terms. The Renter may receive an email from [email protected] to complete their screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at [email protected], or go to www.Safely.com, if you have any questions. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and covers you for accidental damages during your stay for stays under 14 days. This covers The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee, which includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found at safely.com/shutupandbeach. Any damages that exceed those amounts or are not covered under the waiver will be charged to the credit card on file if booked through Property Management website or VRBO. If booked through Airbnb, Property Manager will work with Airbnb to collect damages through the Airbnb Resolution system. Additional charges may apply for items such as abuse, damage above normal wear & tear, pet damage, theft and additional cleaning costs when necessary. For stays over 14 days, the Renter is not covered under the The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Coverage. As such, Entre-Realty, LLC and StayGVL will take a refundable security deposit from the Renter (property and reservation length dependent), which will be held in trust until the Renter’s departure. A Pet Security/Damage Deposit is required on all properties to insure compliance with the Terms of Occupancy and will be paid with your final reservation payment.The Security/Damage deposit is held until in a trust account until a determination of the condition and content of the rental property has been verified. Amounts will be released within 30 days of check-out after verification that no damage was incurred, or that additional cleaning has not been necessary. Extra cleaning fees will be deducted from Security Deposit if necessary. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, (initial coffee provided), Free WIFI, 6 desk spaces throughout home, 4 large beautiful bathrooms, 2 master suites, lower master suite has a king bed, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, upstairs master suite has desk space, large closets, standing shower. Every bedroom has drawer storage, hangars, and large closets. Desk space in every bedroom, For children: 3 pack n plays are provided! Lower level includes large gourmet kitchen, laundry room with additional storage, wet bar, tons of additional storage areas, free washer & dryer use, 2 car garage, 2 acre lot, back porch and separate screened in porch with outdoor seating,rocking chair front porch, parking up to 8 cars. Separage sitting rooms throughout home.
